True story. I gave a talk in Paris once. A man came up to me after my presentation and told me in a strong French accent that I was his ‘favourite weirdo’. It’s one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me.

Maybe 'weirdo' means something different in French; maybe he thought I was a weirdo. Maybe see me talk in London next week and decide for yourself.

I do put a lot of effort into my talks and have been fortunate to speak at creative conferences and corporate events all over the world. I try to make my presentations fun and accessible to a broad audience. If you have a general interest in art and design, I think you'll probably find the evening interesting and, hopefully, useful.
